Common Name
Pungent Honey-myrtle

Description
The Pungent Honey-myrtle is a shrub growing to 5 m tall. The leaves are prickly and grow about 6 mm to 15 mm long and 2 mm to 3 mm wide. The plant flowers in spring and summer from August to December. The flowers are creamy yellow and produced in clusters up to about 25 mm in diameter. The fruit capsules are about 8 mm in diameter.

arid areas on hillsides, rocky outcrops, sandplains
