Description
Melaleuca cucullata is a shrub growing to 4 m tall. The small leaves clasp the stem and grow about 2 mm to 5 mm long and about 1 mm to 2.5 mm wide. The plant flowers in spring. The flowers are white and produced in flower heads or short spikes about 15 mm in diameter.

plains, slopes

Distribution
Melaleuca cucullata is found in south west of Western Australia between Albany and Cape Arid.
