PLANT FACTS

Description
Banksia spinulosa var. spinulosa 'Coastal Cushion' is a low growing spreading shrub to half a metre in height. It produces spikes of golden flowers with dark red styles. The flower spikes grow to about 15 cm tall and about 6 cm in diameter. This form is showy and can produce a large number of flower spikes at once. The leaves are long and narrow with fine serrations around the leaf margin.
