Description Grevillea 'Ned Kelly' is a bushy shrub that grows up to about 1.5 m tall and 2 m wide. The leaves are divided and similar to Grevillea 'Robyn Gordon' leaves. The flowers are produced in clusters about 12 cm long and 10 cm wide throughout the year. Grevillea 'Ned Kelly' has orange red coloured flowers and Grevillea 'Robyn Gordon' has red flowers. The cultivar is registered as Grevillea 'Mason's Hybrid', but is commonly sold as Grevillea 'Ned Kelly'. The cultivar originated as a Grevillea bipinnatifida seedling at the Kentlyn Nursery, Kentlyn, New South Wales. It is presumed to be a hybrid between Grevillea bipinnatifida and Grevillea banksii. It was accepted for registration with Australian Cultivar Registration Authority (ACRA) in November 1982.
