Description Grevillea 'Pink Midge' is a low spreading dense plant with long narrow lanceolate shaped leaves about 2cm wide. The leaves are medium green above and lighter green and hairy underneath. It produces clusters of light pink flowers at the end of the stems throughout the year. This plant is thought to be a spontaneous seedling hybrid of Grevillea leiophylla and Grevillea humilis ssp. maritima. It was discovered in the garden of Mervyn Hodge at Logan Reserve, Queensland in 1999.
